KG Wax Studio Policies

KG Wax Studio and Kelsi operate under the same standards and policies outlined below. These policies ensure fairness, professionalism, and a safe, high-quality experience for every client.

Booking & Retainer

  • All appointments must be booked online.

  • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment.

  • The retainer is applied toward your final service total.

Pre-Booking Perk:
Clients who pre-book their next appointment in person may have the retainer waived.

Policy Enforcement:
Late cancellations, rescheduling within 24 hours, or no-shows will result in loss of pre-booking privileges and require a retainer for all future bookings.

KG Wax Studio does not charge additional cancellation fees, the retainer serves as the cancellation fee.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance using your confirmation link.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the retainer.

  • Missed appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Exceptions are considered only with prior approval.

Late Policy

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

  • Arrivals beyond 10 minutes will require rescheduling and a new retainer.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened service time; full services are not guaranteed.

Age Requirements

  • Clients under 18 must have a legal guardian signature on file.

  • Clients under 16 must have a guardian present during the appointment.

Service Eligibility

  • Brazilian, Bikini, and Vajacial services are provided only to individuals with vulvas.

  • Services cannot be performed on male anatomy.

Waivers

  • A digital waiver must be completed prior to your appointment.

  • Failure to complete required forms will result in service denial and loss of retainer.

Refunds & Service Adjustments

  • All services are non-refundable.

  • Concerns must be reported within 24 hours; touch-ups may be offered at discretion.

  • Refunds are not provided for pain tolerance, personal preference, or hair regrowth speed.

Product Sales

  • All retail sales are final.

  • Exceptions apply only to expired products or verified allergic reactions.

Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

  • Available through Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna.

  • Purchase range: $50 – $2,000.

  • Approval is determined solely by the provider. KG Wax Studio cannot override decisions.

Package Policy

Payment & Usage

  • Packages must be paid in full and are non-refundable.

  • Packages do not expire.

  • Services are valid only for the original purchaser.

Adjustments & Restrictions

  • Packages lock in the number of services, not pricing.

  • Services may be adjusted to reflect current offerings.

  • Packages are non-transferable.

  • Discounts and promotions cannot be combined.

Cancellations

  • Standard cancellation policies apply.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in one session being deducted.

Booking

  • Clients are responsible for scheduling appointments.

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours in advance.

Perks

  • Any included bonuses or discounts are valid only while the package is active.

Client Conduct

  • Respectful behavior is expected at all times.

  • KG Wax Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disruptive or unsafe behavior.
