Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to book an appointment.

Service Availability: Intimate waxing services (Bikini, Brazilian, and Vajacials) are available for women and individuals with vulvas only.

Waivers: A waiver must be completed before your appointment. Waivers are sent to your email—please fill them out in advance. If you arrive without completing your waiver, you will be required to do so before your service can begin. Failure to complete the waiver will result in a service denial.

Retainer: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking and will be applied towards your service total. After your appointment, you may pre-book without a retainer. If you do not show up, you will still be charged 50% of the service fee.

Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel or fail to show up within 24 hours of your appointment, your retainer is kept. Clients who pre-book after their appointments are not required to pay a retainer; however, if you cancel late or no-show, you will lose the ability to pre-book and will be required to pay a retainer for future bookings—unless we have discussed an exception.

Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, a new appointment with a new retainer will have to be booked.

Guests: Do not bring additional guests unless they are also receiving a service or are seriously interested in booking.

Payment: I accept exact cash, debit, and credit cards. I also offer Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay.

Buy Now, Pay Later Policy: KG Wax Studio accepts BNPL options through Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna to give you more flexibility in how you pay. BNPL Transaction Guidelines: • Minimum transaction amount: $50 • Maximum transaction amount: $2,000 At checkout, you will receive a secure payment link via email and text message. From there, you can select your preferred BNPL provider and complete their application process. Important Note: Please check your purchasing power and eligibility with your preferred BNPL provider prior to your appointment. KG Wax Studio does not have any control over the approval decisions made by Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm.

Packages: Prepaid & Non-Refundable All packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable. 2. Expiration Dates • 3-session packages expire in 4 months from the purchase date. • 6-session packages expire in 7 months. • Combo packages expire in 8 months. (No rollovers or extensions unless approved in writing due to emergencies.) 3. No Sharing or Transfers Packages are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser. 4. Late Cancellations & No-Shows • Standard cancellation/late policy applies. • A no-show or cancellation under 24 hours will result in one session being deducted from your package. 5. Booking & Rescheduling • Clients are responsible for reaching out to schedule their appointments. • You may reschedule online up to 24 hours in advance. 6. Discounts Do Not Stack Package pricing cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or loyalty rewards. 7. Package Perks (If Included) • Any bonus services or product gifts are only valid while the package is active. • Retail discounts apply only during the active term of the package.

Product Sales: All product sales are final in person or online unless the item is expired or you experience an allergic reaction. Online orders will be shipped directly from Skin Script. Orders are typically processed for shipment in 1 to 2 business days and are typically delivered within 2 – 7 business days. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary. Orders are only available to deliver in the US. Once your order is processed/shipped it cannot be cancelled. If anything is damaged please send photos within 3 days of delivery and I will process a refund or send a replacement depending on customers preference.
