Policies
KG Wax Studio and Kelsi follow the same rules, standards, and policies outlined below. We are committed to fairness, professionalism, and providing the safest, highest-quality experience for every client.
Booking & Retainer Policy
Appointment Only: all clients are to book through my website.
• A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment.
• This retainer is applied to your final service total at checkout.
• Pre-booking in person for your next appointment before you leave waives the retainer.
• Late cancellations, rescheduling within 24 hours, or no-shows will result in loss of pre-booking privileges and require retainers for all future visits.
• KG Wax Studio does not charge beyond the retainer; the retainer becomes your cancellation fee.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows
• You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment online using the link texted to you.
• Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows result in forfeiture of the retainer.
• Missed appointments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
• Exceptions may be considered only if approved by Kelsi in advance.
Late Policy
• A 10-minute grace period is allowed from your scheduled appointment time.
• Arrivals 10+ minutes late will require rescheduling, and a new retainer will be required.
• Late arrivals reduce service time and affect clients scheduled after you; full service time cannot be guaranteed. Please plan accordingly.
Age Requirement
• Clients under 18 must have a legal guardian signature on file.
• Clients under 16 must have a legal guardian present during the appointment.
Service Eligibility
• Brazilian, Bikini, and Vajacial services are for women and individuals with vulvas only.
• Kelsi is not trained in male anatomy and cannot provide these services to individuals with male anatomy.
Waivers
• A digital waiver must be completed before arrival.
• Failure to complete = service denial with loss of retainer.
Refunds & Service Adjustments
• All services are non-refundable.
• If you have concerns, contact Kelsi within 24 hours; a touch-up may be offered at her discretion.
• Refunds will not be issued for pain tolerance, personal preference, or regrowth speed.
Product Sales
• All retail sales are final, unless a product is expired or there is a verified allergic reaction.
Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)
• Available through Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna.
• Minimum purchase: $50 | Maximum purchase: $2,000.
• Approval is handled solely by the BNPL company. KG Wax Studio cannot override approvals or denials.
Package Policy
Prepaid & Non-Refundable
All packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.
1. No Expiration
Packages do not expire. Services must be used by the original purchaser and are valid for the service type purchased.
2. Pricing & Service Adjustments
Packages lock in the number of services, not future pricing or service changes. If services are updated or adjusted, package redemptions will follow the current service structure.
3. No Sharing or Transfers
Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.
4. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Standard cancellation and late policies apply.
A no-show or cancellation within 24 hours will result in one session being deducted from the package.
5. Booking & Rescheduling
Clients are responsible for scheduling their own appointments.
Appointments may be rescheduled online up to 24 hours in advance.
6. Discounts Do Not Stack
Package pricing cannot be combined with other promotions, referral discounts, memberships, or loyalty rewards.
7. Package Perks (If Included)
Any bonus services or product gifts are valid while the package is active.
Retail discounts apply only while the package is active.
Policy Updates & Communication
• KG Wax Studio reserves the right to modify or update policies at any time.
• Clients are responsible for reviewing current policies before booking.
• Clients must ensure contact information is accurate. KG Wax Studio is not responsible for missed messages or booking notifications.
• Please give KG Wax Studio 24 business hours to respond.
Client Conduct
• Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other clients.
• KG Wax Studio reserves the right to refuse service for disruptive or unsafe behavior.
